(341-41) 9-64-22.

Stabilized zirconium dioxide-based ceramic products
Basic PROCESS FLOWSHEET of production of zirconium dioxide-based ceramic products at CMP, JSC
Ceramic products made of fully stabilized zirconium dioxide
Ceramics made of fully stabilized zirconium dioxide at elevated temperatures possesses oxygen-ionic conductivity that is used in the sensors which determine oxygen in gas environments and molten substances, and in fabrication of high temperature solid oxide fuel cells for gas electrolyzers and electrochemical generators which serve as the independent sources of electric current.
Properties of ceramic products and fully stabilized zirconium dioxide:
- It is fully stabilized zirconium dioxide with yttrium oxide mass fraction (15-17) %;

Ceramic products made of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide
Description of the products
Ceramics made of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide has high mechanical strength, hardness- and wear- resistance as well. Grinding bodies made of zirconium dioxide which is partially stabilized by yttrium oxide are used in clean mills of various types for fine grinding of materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. Herewith contamination of milled product by the material of grinding media is practically eliminated.
Properties of ceramic products made of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide:

- tetragonal modification;
- density (6.0-6.1) g/cm3;
- bend strength (600-900) MPa;
